QDEVU® Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser Aerator

QDEVU Aerator is suitable for oxidation ditch and other activated sludge processes.It is used in the aeration tank and aeration grit chamber of the sewage treatment plant to oxygenate and mix the mixed liquid of sewage sludge.

Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser features a unique split pattern and slit shapes，which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency. A much highly effective and integrated check value enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications. The membrane disc diffuser can combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes.

The aerator is spherical crown shape, even if the water quality of the aeration tank is complex, it still runs intermittently, and its surface is not easy to accumulate. Diaphragm drilling technology is unique and advanced. In addition, a sealing ring is set up at the center of the top to prevent backflow of water more effectively.

• The membrane has strong tear resistance

The rubber diaphragm has a spherical crown shape. When working, the eyelet opening is evenly stressed, the degree of fatigue deformation is reduced, the resilience is good, it is not easy to tear, and the service life is long.

• Uniform air distribution, energy saving and high efficiency

The working surface of the spherical crown aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat type, the bubble is small, the air distribution is uniform, the oxygenation efficiency is high, and the treatment effect is good. • Resistance to aging and corrosion

• The resistance loss is small

Due to the unique anti-blocking and backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the flat microporous aerator is removed, thereby reducing the resistance of the aerator and saving energy consumption.
