QDEVU® fine bubble disc diffuser aerator is designed with a compact size to ensure stable operation, and we have improved the thickness of the entire unit to make it work more efficiently. The perforations in the diffuser improve aeration and oxygenation capacity, and the unit is designed to support accurate and high sealing to ensure strong function.
QDEVU Aerator is suitable for oxidation ditch and other activated sludge processes.It is used in the aeration tank and aeration grit chamber of the sewage treatment plant to oxygenate and mix the mixed liquid of sewage sludge.
Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser features a unique split pattern and slit shapes,which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency. A much highly effective and integrated check value enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications. The working surface of the spherical crown aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat type, the bubble is small, the air distribution is uniform, the oxygenation efficiency is high, and the treatment effect is good. The spherical crown-shaped aeration membrane is made of high-quality rubber, and the support tray is made of engineering plastic. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and chemicals.
Due to the unique anti-blocking and backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the flat microporous aerator is removed, thereby reducing the resistance of the aerator and saving energy consumption.
