QDEVU Aerator is suitable for oxidation ditch and other activated sludge processes.It is used in the aeration tank and aeration grit chamber of the sewage treatment plant to oxygenate and mix the mixed liquid of sewage sludge.

Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser features a unique split pattern and slit shapes,which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency. A much highly effective and integrated check value enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications. The membrane disc diffuser can combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes.

The aerator is spherical crown shape, even if the water quality of the aeration tank is complex, it still runs intermittently, and its surface is not easy to accumulate. Diaphragm drilling technology is unique and advanced. In addition, a sealing ring is set up at the center of the top to prevent backflow of water more effectively.
